２． 来週一杯は新総理・新閣僚の紹介で民主党を持ち上げること。（この間郵政改革法案強行採決があるが無視すること）
３． １４日から１６日までは終盤国会の新閣僚奮闘で持ち上げること。
４． １７日から２３日までは国会閉会後の民主党新人候補の活動中心に報道。
５． ２４日の参院選告示後は、公平な報道に尽力すること。
